The Chapter start-up process includes:
- Traditional: Identify 3 people for the initial Board, select Chapter name within guidelines,
  Incorporate and complete the Affiliation process
- Corporate: Provide Certificate of Insurance, determine Chapter name within guidelines and sign the
  Affiliation Agreement
