Global Role Specific Specialists
- Leaders with experience and success in a certain topical area (i.e. mentoring, new golfers, communications) to assist and be a resource with topical questions. Help HQ identify and put together ideas/resources to assist leaders in the topical area. With HQ’s assistance can put together calls to discuss topics globally. These leaders must attend at least three Chapter Leader Lunch and Learns a year.
Chapter Development Specialist Leads
- Leaders who provide support, guidance, training, and counsel to help Chapters function successfully. The leaders also help to prepare leaders to confidently perform their duties and responsibilities and establish good organizational practices. Chapter Development Specialists Leads are volunteer leaders who interact on a regular basis (monthly and more if needed) with Chapter Development staff and work directly with Chapter leaders to facilitate communication and support organizational and leadership needs.
Chapter Development Specialists
- We have developed this role to assist with building the next generation of Chapter Development Specialist Leads and strengthen Chapter Development Specialist Lead area and the Chapters. Tasks could include working with the Chapter Development Specialist to put together online or in-person regional events. Connecting leaders across Chapters to each other (i.e. Golf Event Leaders to Golf Event Leaders). Other ideas include: sharing something great other Chapters are doing, and sending leader and Chapter recognition to HQ.
